When Drew and I first started emailing back and forth to arrange an engagement photography session, he told me that he wanted to take at least some of the photographs near the Franklin Hotel, where he and Nicki had met.
As we started to photograph them, we asked for some more details of their story, and he filled us in on the crucial coincidence that they had met the night before Marguerite & Stephen’s wedding, which we photographed in 2014. A group of guests were chatting about where to go after the rehearsal dinner, and Drew told Nicki he was going wherever she was going, and they’ve been together ever since.
