We did this engagement photo shoot with Rylee and Justin at Cape May. The session was divided into two parts: a casual stroll on the beach for golden hour using only natural light on the Atlantic side, and a sunset shoot with ‘off-camera lighting’ on the Bay side.

It started to get late, so we all drove over to the Bay side of Cape May to get a good view of the sunset. I had the idea that we would split their engagement shoot into two distinct looks; easy and natural lighting, followed by more advanced stuff —posed shots with dramatic lighting. I think it came out looking pretty cool.
