Engagement session in Coatesville, Pa: Jen & Mike

On Sunday we met Jen and Mike at their new house in Coatesville, for their engagement photos.  Jen told me about their new place, and I was immediately intrigued by the location– their backyard opens up to several hundred acres of farmland!  It was obvious to all of us that their land, and the area around it, would be ideal for engagement photos.

After a brief hike through the woods behind their new house, we found a field that worked perfectly.  After about an hour, we headed over to a park that was just up the street from their home, to get a few sunset photos by a lake.  Overall, we had an amazing time hanging out with Jen and Mike, and we’re looking forward to seeing them again in a couple weeks for their wedding.  They’re having their ceremony in Malvern, Pa, at Saint Patrick’s Church and their reception will be held at Barn on Bridge in Collegeville, Pa.   It is coming in just a couple of weeks, so we’re really happy to have this crucial opportunity to practice photography with them before their wedding day.   Check out our favorite shots from their engagement session, below:
