I love photographing a live engagement as it happens, it’s such a very important moment in someone’s life and my job is to hide in the bushes and photograph the whole thing.

Prior to this live proposal at Villanova Campus, Anthony and I had to discuss a plan.  We briefly discussed the logistics of where I was going to hide and where he was going to approach from, and we decided to try the fountain area of Villanova’s beautiful campus. It turned out to be the perfect backdrop for their proposal.  From there we walked around the beautiful campus and they pointed out some spots where they had gotten to know each other during their time at Villanova.
