When we arrived at the Hilltop House, the sun was shining. Then a few minutes before Christine got in to her dress, it became apparent that we were going to have to move the ceremony indoors. Luckily the wonderful staff at Hilltop House seamlessly rearranged the plan to accommodate the little storm that picked that exact moment to roll through. Christine handled the news wonderfully, and moving the ceremony indoors ended up giving a very intimate feel to the wedding ceremony. We were still able to utilize the beautiful spring weather for their portraits and as a backdrop, after the storm passed through.
Their wedding reception was filled with dancing and laughter, and if superstitions are to be believed then Christine and Clay should enjoy many happy years of marriage to come.
