We ended our February photographing the wedding of the lovely Stephanie and Mike. The dreary weather we’ve been having gave way to a beautiful mild and bright day, the perfect back drop for their sunny and happy go lucky personalities.

This adorable couple met while in grade school, at St. Francis of Assisi, the same church they were married in, and also grew up a few houses away from one another. They kept it local for the wedding ceremony portion of the day, both getting ready within 5 minutes of the church, and one another.

For the reception, we travelled to center city Philadelphia where Stephanie and Mike were one of the first couples to celebrate their union in the gorgeous newly renovated Ballroom at the Ben. Many of their loved ones and friends were already familiar with one another since Steph & Mike had such a long history together, and it was really fun watching their families interact and tease each other about fun memories from their past.
