We already knew that we were in for a good day because we were going to be working at Glen Foerd, which provides such a dreamy setting that it’s easy to be inspired and take romantic photos in every space, both indoors and out. We also knew that Megan and Schuyler have an obvious chemistry that came across as effortlessly in imagery as it did in real life.
In the week leading up to their wedding it was so dreary and rainy though, that we admittedly started to plan out which cool indoor spaces we were going to explore at Glen Foerd. When Saturday finally arrived it was just as overcast as the rest of the week, but at least it was dry. Thankfully, just as the hairstylist was putting the last few strands of hair in to place around Megan’s flower crown, the sun finally started to poke through the clouds.
The sun decided to hook us up again throughout the day, first coming out for a few minutes while we were photographing their bridal portraits, then later helping us out again with a beautiful sunset, timed perfectly with a good break in the reception events for the newlywed couple to sneak out and take a few photos.
