About a week before Joe planned to propose to his girlfriend, we met at Everhart Park in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to plan everything out.

We decided exactly how and where the proposal would happen, and how he wanted a photographer to capture it, then walked through several backup plans, just in case.

Joe told me that my five-star reviews and examples of past proposals on my blog were what convinced him to hire me. He did his homework, and trusted me to capture one of the most important moments of his life. I didn’t want to let him down.

Their family and friends were hiding nearby, so after a moment they ran out and joined in celebrating the couples’ happy moment.

After a brief family photo shoot we did a few more portraits before saying congratulations one last time before they headed off to dinner reservations.
